We may collect your name, email address, selected topic, message, consent record and ordinary technical server logs. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process information to answer enquiries, operate and secure the site, comply with law and improve our information service. Legal bases may include consent, requested pre-contract steps, legal obligation and legitimate interests.
4. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may be shared with contracted hosting, email, security or professional service providers. Cross-border transfers use safeguards required by POPIA or, where applicable, GDPR.
5. Retention and security
Enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction unless law requires longer. We use reasonable access, organisational and technical controls, but no online system is risk-free.
6. Your rights
Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, withdraw consent and complain to South Africa’s Information Regulator or an applicable GDPR supervisory authority. We may verify identity.
7. Cookies and local storage
This site stores only your cookie-banner choice in local storage. It currently uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Clearing site storage resets the choice.
8. Children and updates
The site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this policy and will revise the date shown.
